GLSY heavy-duty high-drainage screw press is applied for grid slag squeezing. It connects to coarse and fine screen discharge ports to receive wet grid slag. Materials are squeezed and dewatered, separated water flows out from bottom drainage tank, dewatered slag is discharged for outward transportation.

Working Principle
The machine consists of drainage zone, feeding zone, screw conveying zone and discharging zone. Grid slag enters feeding chamber and is transported and compressed by screw. Filtrate passes through slotted bars into water collection tank. Pressure rises along screw conveying path. The screw is made of high-strength steel to guarantee rigidity and non-deformation even for high-moisture slag. Flushing device cleans dewatering segment automatically.
